Parent have been urged to give more priority to girl child education in Nigeria, as women have proved right in playing vital role to the nation at large.
Chairperson Women in Technical Education and Development WITED, kaduna polytechnic, Madam Comfort Mado Alabi Phd, made the called at the “girl Child Education 2022” at chemical engineering lecture thertre.
Mado however, call on parents to give priority to females education and urged female students not to be left behind in all areas of life.
Other participants at during the programme include student of mass communication and other top management staffs.
In his remark, Head of Department of mass communication Dr. Gambo Ahmad Ibrahim, encourage female students to be vigilant with their environment, as female right remains her integrity.
Other invited guest at the event include Macosa students Advisory chairman mallam Sunusi Rufai Buhari, Fatima Shuaibu, Mrs. Jamimah , Mrs. Yetunde Oshinnowo, Station Manager Spider fm Radio Hajiya Zainab Abubakar among others.
Earlier, Chairman African Initiative for Advancing Social Care and Development AFSCAD, Sumayya Abubakar, distribute Pads to students as part of their cooperate social responsibility project in collaboration with office of the women Leader mass communication Comrade Rukayya Khalid Usman.
